M & M Services Inc. was founded in 2002 with main focus of providing roll-off debris box services, but soon expanded to new new heights. In late 2004 Ker Plunk Sanitary was formed, a portable restroom service company that services multiple counties throughout Northern California and the San Francisco Bay Area. In 2006 Windsor Material Recovery Facility was established at our main headquarters in Windsor California. This facility sorts and separates recyclable material from construction and demolition debris. It focuses on recycling and diverting as much material as possible from entering landfills. In 2009 , in an effort to consolidate our various names and better define our operations through our name, our company began operating under the dba of Pacific Sanitation.
